This TEST page describes the current arrangements in draft form. It is not the final KVKK notice covering all of the company's processing activities.
A visit to the site may generate connection data and technical logs. If you allow the relevant measurement category, page views and actions such as clicks on contact links may also be measured.
When you contact us by telephone, WhatsApp or email, you may provide your name, contact details, address or project location, measurements and project photographs. The quote windows prepare WhatsApp message drafts; the site has no online checkout.
Technical connection data helps us deliver and secure the site. Customer records may be used to respond to enquiries, arrange quotations and measurements, carry out agreed work, address requests about earlier installations and retrieve past measurements when a customer returns for another product.
Optional analytics or marketing measurement can operate only after you select the relevant cookie preference. A click on a contact link does not itself mean an order or sale has taken place.
Measurements and other details entered in a quote window are used in your browser to prepare a WhatsApp message draft; these windows do not submit the details to the website backend as a customer record. “Continue to WhatsApp” transfers the draft to WhatsApp; you must press “Send” there for it to reach the business. Sharing photographs is optional.
Technical requests are generated automatically by your browser when you open the site. We receive customer details when you share them by telephone or through the WhatsApp or email channel you choose. Optional website-use events may be measured only after the relevant cookie choice.
A purpose for using data is distinct from the legal ground that permits it. The applicable KVKK processing condition must be verified separately for technical connections, customer communications and project records, and optional analytics and marketing. This draft does not assign an unverified legal ground to any of those activities.
Within Pile Perde, customer records are accessible only to staff whose work requires access. Customer measurements, addresses and project photographs are not provided to other curtain businesses for commercial purposes. Measurements and project photographs are not sent to Google Analytics or Google Ads as website analytics data.
A message sent through WhatsApp may travel through the WhatsApp service you choose; email may pass through the infrastructure of the email service. The website host may process technical connection and log data to deliver the site. If you allow it, Google Analytics or Google Ads may measure website-use events. These technical roles do not mean that Pile Perde supplies customer project files to other businesses for commercial use. The providers' actual roles, the purpose and recipients of any transfer, and any international transfer conditions require verification before the final notice.
Customer information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet applicable legal obligations; it is deleted or destroyed when it is no longer needed.
Separate legal records, such as invoices, follow their own retention requirements. The specific periods applicable to other records and technical logs still need to be verified.
You can accept, reject or select cookie categories on your first visit, and change your decision later through Cookie Preferences in the footer.
Under Article 11 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about that processing and its purpose, learn about any recipients, and request correction or deletion where the legal conditions are met, as well as exercise your other statutory rights.

To exercise your KVKK rights, send a signed written application to the company address above, or email info@pileperde.com.tr from an email address previously provided to the business and held in its records. Your application must contain the information required by Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller; your identity and request may be verified where necessary. Applications are resolved as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest; the final response is provided in writing or electronically. Applications are generally free of charge; if additional costs arise, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board applies.
